• You know that impact exercises are important for bone density, but how do you practice impact safely? Our specially designed impact floor has you covered.

• If you are like most people, you spend most of your time at the gym sitting and looking at your phone. We won’t let you get away with that. At Activelab, there isn’t any place to sit. This is a no cellphone space. We guarantee you that we will keep you moving, so you can finish and get on with the more important things in life.

• Everyone has different tolerance for physical exertion. While some people want to push themselves to their limits, other people just want light movement. At Activelab, we have everyone covered. We like to say that you get 85% of the benefit of exercise just by showing up.

• Some people just don’t like dumbbells and barbells. If this is you, then you will be pleasantly surprised at Activelab. It turns out that you can get a great workout without either dumbbells or barbells.

• Activelab has a little of everything. Strengthening, stability exercises, stretching, cardio vascular conditioning, postural exercises, and impact exercises for bone density. There are other programs that do a better job of delivering on individual aspects of fitness, such as strengthening or cardiovascular fitness, but for an all around program, you can’t beat Activelab.

• Activelab is closely supervised at all times, so you can ask questions or get assistance with the equipment.
